We do mentorship programmes to our youth, connecting them to their respective field of studies for them to be outstanding professionals after completion of their studies. Students require a lot of guidance and mentorship from the professionals to equip them with knowledge and skills that will enable them to cope with the first changing world in all spheres of life.
In the picture Brother Ibrahim Lethome, a prominent lawyer in Kenya, is conducting a mentorship programme to Universities students. The participants are from different universities in Kenya.
Students need to be mentored to take personal responsibility in terms of developing their careers. Also, to deepen the sense of purpose and to strengthen their leadership abilities as they prepare to serve the community.
